Our elementary foundationz course is our beginner skills course that focuses on teaching new riders essential mountain bike skills primarily through games and various fun activities. This two-hour clinic allows riders to learn in a fun and outgoing environment with riders of similar skill levels. We’ve designed this session with the beginner rider in mind…aka no trail experience but capable of essential skills such as braking and pedaling without training wheels. Riders will learn everything from starting and stopping their bike, safe braking and brake modulation, neutral and ready positions, bike body separation and so much more!
