Our foundationz course is exactly what it sounds like, the FOUNDATIONZ of mountain bike skills. We’ve designed this session with the intermediate to advanced rider in mind…aka green trail experience and capable of essential skills such as braking pedaling up and down moderate hills. Riders will learn essential mountain biking skills and proper techniques through games, fun activities and drills including: brake modulation, bike/body separation & balance, cornering, ratcheting, building confidence on features and more!
